- If they can't help, you may have the right to cancel your order. If you were given an estimated delivery date, you can cancel your order if you haven't received anything within 30 days of that date.
- If you weren't given a delivery date, you can cancel your order if it hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it.
- Always take up delivery issues with the retailer – you don't have a contract with the delivery company if you bought something online, and will need the retailer to resolve the matter for you.
